🎫 Booking & Payment

Q: How do I book a tour?

A: Contact us via WhatsApp (+66 656271546) or LINE (@friendtrip) to book. Our team will confirm availability and send payment details within 24 hours.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: Bank transfer, PromptPay, and major credit/debit cards. Details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Q: Do I need to pay in full to confirm my booking?

A: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is due 3 days before the tour date.

Q: What is included in the tour price?

A: Transport, English-speaking guide, lunch (Halal available), fresh fruits, drinking water, snorkeling gear, life jacket, and group insurance.

Q: Are national park fees included?

A: No. National park entrance fees are paid separately on-site. Fees vary by tour and destination.

Q: Can I customize my tour?

A: Yes! Contact us via WhatsApp or LINE and we will create a personalized itinerary for your group.

Q: What is the minimum group size?

A: Most tours run with a minimum of 2 persons. Some sunset tours require a minimum of 4 persons.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancel 7+ days before: Full refund | Cancel 3-6 days: 50% refund | Cancel within 24 hours or same day: No refund.

Q: What happens if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather?

A: We will offer a free reschedule on your preferred date. If rescheduling is not possible, we will discuss options with you directly.

Q: How do I cancel my booking?

A: Cancellations must be notified via LINE or WhatsApp only. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

Q: Is the tour suitable for children?

A: Most tours are suitable for children aged 4 and above. Speedboat tours are not recommended for children under 3 years old.

Q: Can pregnant women join the tours?

A: Speedboat and active adventure tours are not recommended for pregnant women. Please inform us of any health conditions before booking.

Q: Is travel insurance included?

A: Group travel insurance is included in all tours. We recommend purchasing personal travel insurance for additional coverage.

🌦️ Weather & Conditions

Q: What is the best time to visit Krabi?

A: November to April is the best season with calm seas and clear skies. May to October is the rainy season — some tours may be affected by weather conditions.

Q: What if the weather is bad on my tour day?

A: We monitor weather and sea conditions daily. If conditions are unsafe, we will notify you and offer a free reschedule.

Q: Where is the pickup point?

A: We offer hotel pickup from Ao Nang and Krabi Town areas. Exact pickup times will be confirmed upon booking.

Q: What should I bring on the tour?

A: Sunscreen, sunglasses, swimwear, towel, change of clothes, camera, and personal medication if needed. Leave valuables at your hotel.

Q: Do you offer private tours?

A: Yes! We offer private longtail boat and speedboat charters. Contact us for custom pricing and itineraries.
