5. Health & Safety

Travelers must disclose all relevant health conditions before departure. FriendTrip shall not be liable for incidents arising from undisclosed medical conditions. All travelers must follow safety instructions from guides and staff at all times.

6. National Park Regulations

National park entrance fees are not included and must be paid on-site. Littering, feeding wildlife, touching coral, or damaging nature is strictly prohibited. Travelers must follow all national park rules and regulations at all times.

7. Personal Belongings

FriendTrip is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour. Please leave valuables at your hotel.

8. Weather & Force Majeure

Tours are subject to weather and tide conditions. In case of cancellation due to bad weather or official park closure, travelers may reschedule once at no extra charge. No refund will be issued for weather cancellations.

While FriendTrip carefully selects trusted suppliers, FriendTrip shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, cancellation, or force majeure events arising during travel, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Travelers are responsible for complying with all safety instructions, regulations, and guidance provided by tour guides, staff, and relevant authorities throughout their journey.
