Cancellation Policy:

National Park Regulations:
National park entrance fees are not included in the tour price and must be paid on-site | Customers must follow all national park rules at all times | Littering, feeding wildlife, or damaging coral is strictly prohibited
Children & Pregnant Women:
Not suitable for children under 3 years old | Children must wear life jackets at all times on board | Not recommended for pregnant women or persons with heart conditions, back problems, or serious medical conditions | Please inform us of any health conditions before booking
Personal Belongings:
FriendTrip: is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour

FriendTrip acts solely as a platform connecting travelers with independent tour operators, activity providers, and travel experience suppliers. Each supplier is solely responsible for the operation and delivery of its services.
While FriendTrip carefully selects trusted suppliers, FriendTrip shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, cancellation, or force majeure events arising during travel, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Travelers are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions prior to departure. FriendTrip shall not be liable for incidents arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
Travelers are responsible for complying with all safety instructions, regulations, and guidance provided by tour guides, staff, and relevant authorities throughout their journey.
Health & Personal Belongings
Travelers are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions prior to departure. FriendTrip shall not be liable for incidents arising from undisclosed medical conditions. FriendTrip is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
