FriendTrip is a travel platform registered and operated under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. All disputes arising from the use of this platform or any tour services booked through FriendTrip shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Thai law.
Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Krabi Province, Thailand.
FriendTrip reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

FriendTrip ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ได้ตลอดเวลา การใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มต่อเนื่องถือว่าผู้ใช้ยอมรับข้อกำหนดที่อัปเดต
Intellectual Property — ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
All content on the FriendTrip platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, tour descriptions, and design elements, are the exclusive property of FriendTrip and are protected under Thai and international intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content from this platform without prior written permission from FriendTrip is strictly prohibited.
ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาทั้งหมดบนแพลตฟอร์ม FriendTrip ไม่ว่าจะเป็นข้อความ รูปภาพ โลโก้ กราฟิก คำอธิบายทัวร์ และองค์ประกอบการออกแบบ ถือเป็นทรัพย์สินของ FriendTrip และได้รับการคุ้มครองภายใต้กฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของไทยและสากล
การทำซ้ำ แจกจ่าย ดัดแปลง หรือนำไปใช้โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจาก FriendTrip ถือเป็นการละเมิดกฎหมาย

FriendTrip makes every effort to ensure that all tour information, pricing, schedules, and descriptions are accurate and up to date. However, FriendTrip reserves the right to modify, update, or correct any information on this platform at any time without prior notice.
Tour prices, availability, and itineraries are subject to change based on seasonal conditions, supplier updates, and national park regulations. Customers are advised to confirm all details at the time of booking.
